The villa is situated in a delightful wooded Domaine with a stream weaving its way down one side of the property. (Access is gated for children's safety.) There is direct access to many country walks and it is only a short distance from the National Park of the Valmasque. The gardens of the villa are mainly grassed around the villa and flat making it a very suitable villa for a family with children, particularly as the pool is also enclosed. The picturesque village of Mougins is a few minutes' drive away and access to the autoroute makes sight-seeing and travelling to St Tropez or Monaco extremely easy. There are also many excellent quality golf courses in the area.
