Théoule is an extremely picturesque village nestling on the Estérel coast only 15 kilometres from Cannes. It boasts two crescent beaches, superb water sports, excellent restaurants both on the beach and in the village, as well as a variety of local shops with two supermarkets, bakery, local butcher and several boutiques. There is a regular bus service and local train station making trips to Cannes, Nice and Monte Carlo and beyond very accessible without private car. During the Summer there are often local festivities in the main square and on the beach, as well as the national commemorative firework displays. The Villa Rouge is a newly built villa on the hillside overlooking Théoule and with unrestricted views across the bay to Cannes. The garden is terraced and planted with small shrubs and a flight of steps leads down to the pool that also faces across the Bay of Cannes. Being on a terraced site there are few areas for children to play and consequently small children are not encouraged in this particular villa.
