The villa faces south on a gently sloping hillside near the medieval village of Tourrettes. There are far-reaching views to the hills across the valley, and the larger villages of Fayence, Montauroux, Callian and Seillans are all within 5-10 minutes' drive. All of these villages are interesting to visit and there are many excellent cafés and restaurants in the area. There are good supermarkets close by and also a Marché Paysan five minutes' away where locally produced fruit and vegetables are sold daily. There are many sports facilities in the area and Lac St Cassien is only a short drive away where you can swim, take out pedaloes and wind surf. Fayence has one of the best gliding centres in France and there are four golf courses within 20 minutes' drive and tennis is available close by. Beaches at Cannes, La Napoule, Théoule and St Raphael are within easy reach as well as the Gorges du Verdon. The villa has a new kitchen with oven, hob, micro-wave, dishwasher and fridge.
