An unusual villa that was originally two houses and now made into one with its own pool and overlooking the village of St. Cézaire. An ideal situation for those wanting to have a quiet holiday in the hinterland of Provence, but close enough to a large village for all the local amenities and within 15 minutes' drive of Grasse, the perfume centre. There is quite a large pool for a private villa of 12m x 6m with a diving board into a 2m depth, and ladders at both ends. From the pool and terrace all around there are far-reaching views across the forested valleys towards the coast, uninhibited and with no close neighbours. The internal accommodation is quite flexible. There is a separate studio that can sleep two with mezzanine level seating area, shower with basin and WC. Double bed with pine furniture. The studio is about 15 metres from the main house. In the main house itself, there is a conservatory with BBQ, fridge and table tennis. This part of the house leads into the dining room where there is a teak oval dining table and chairs. Most of the living space is open plan so that from the dining room you can see through to the salon where there is TV, leather sofa and chairs, with sliding windows that open out onto the pool terrace, virtually a mirror image of the dining end of the house. In between is the kitchen reminiscent of the bridge on a boat because of its positioning, and behind the kitchen plentiful storage space. On the first floor there is one double bedroom with wrought iron bed and a single bedroom with mirrored wardrobes. These share the facilities of the upper floor shower room and WC. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and another bedroom with bunks. These share a bathroom. There is also a shower cubicle and separate WC. At the dining room end of the house there is a further double bedroom and a twin. These also have a shower room and WC and there is also a guest WC on the ground floor. There are also distant views of both the sea and Lac St Cassien. Parking for several cars. A friendly villa which can accommodate a large number of people without being on top of each other and where you can really taste the lifestyle of Provence.
