Situated on slopes above Mandelieu near Cannes, this villa has unrivalled views across the whole coastline from Cap d'Antibes and Cannes to the red rocks of the Esterel. With nothing restricting this panoramic view it will be difficult for any guests to tear themselves away from the villa and its superb flow-over edge pool. The gardens are lawned and slope away from the villa. There is a large flat sunbathing area by the pool as well as a flat lawned area immediately in front of the villa. Covered patio verandah makes an ideal spot to dine outside in the shade and just appreciate the view. There are three double bedrooms in total all with 140 cms. beds.
