This villa is situated just outside Vence and at 10 mins' drive from St. Paul de Vence with its famous restaurants, jeu-de-boules court and art galleries. It has a splendid view over the hills towards the mountains. The villa lies in a very calm residential area and has its own private grounds with automatic gates and large private pool . The garden is immaculately maintained and has one of the most beautiful rose gardens with different types of roses. One part of the garden has a romantic gazebo covered with climbing rose hubs for outside tea or breakfast in the shade.
