This delightful villa sleeps 12 people comfortably. Altogether, there are six bedrooms (4 doubles and 2 twins), four bathrooms, and a shower room. There is sitting/dining-room with open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, four terraces (one with summer kitchen and barbeque),an office, a games room and a 10m x 5m swimming pool. There is an excellent view over the 'Vallée des Selves', and over two acres of grounds around the house with olive, oak and fruit trees. The overall ambience exudes calm and tranquility. In the kitchen there is a hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine is situated downstairs. There is also a television (satellite) and video recorder, a good hi-fi and ping-pong table. On one of the terraces there is a large teak table and chairs for meals outside. The old village of Seillans is five minutes away by car, and there there is a butcher, baker, small supermarket and tennis courts - and, of course, good bar. In Fayence there are shops of all kinds, one of the best gliding schools in France, horse riding and an 18 hole golf course. 'Lac St. Cassien' with its beaches and windsurfing is 15 minutes from the house. Bed linen and bathroom towels are supplied, but clients are advised to bring towels for the swimming pool and the beach. The garden and the pool are also maintained on a regular basis. There are some excellent restaurants in the area, and for the night life, the popular venues of St. Raphaël, Fréjus, St. Tropez and Cannes are all only 30 minutes' by car.
