A two-storey linked villa in the coastal resort of Rocamar village, adjacent to the 4* Miramar Beach Hotel and within a short walk to other local restaurants, a general store and the sandy beach of La Figuerette in the picturesque area of the red rocks of the Esterel. Théoule at 4 kilometres away also has golden sandy beaches, boutiques and an abundance of good rstaurants. There are water sports locally available. The Villa Rocamar has two double bedrooms on the lower level with access from both to a balcony with south-westerly sea views. There is also a third compact double bedroom without external window that can accommodate 2 extra people if necessary. Bathroom with shower over bath, basin and separate WC. The upper level of the villa also has a balcony with the same views as the lower floor, with exterior furniture for outdoor dining.
