An immaculate villa situated in a private domain just outside the village of Valbonne. This villa has its own private pool of 8 x 4 m with outside shower and a pool house from where there are unrestricted views over the hills towards the mountains. In the private domain with entrance gate and guardian there is also an Olympic size communal pool which is surveyed during the high season, and three tennis courts at 1 min' walk from the villa.
