A charming villa, totally renovated by the owners, set in peaceful rural surroundings, just below the village of Les Adrets, yet only 10 minutes drive to the motorway which gives easy access to the whole of the Côte d'Azur. As you approach the villa, turn into an unmade road, and up a fairly steep drive. From the entrance hall are stairs leading to the three bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed, one a standard double and the third has twin singles. Also on this floor is the blue and white tiled bathroom, with bath, overhead shower, WC and sink. On the ground floor is the living/dining room. The living room is comfortably furnished with two sofas and one armchair. Also there is satellite TV, video and hi-fi. There is a large dining table with six chairs at the far end of the living room and French windows which open onto a covered terrace with another table, chairs and gas BBQ for dining al-fresco. From the covered terrace is the pool. The area around the pool is part grassed, part terraced and benefits from all day long sun. The rest of the grounds are grassed and safe for children. Off the living room is the kitchen which is very pretty and fully fitted with painted units, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave and double sink. Stable doors lead from the kitchen to the pool. There is also a separate WC just off from the lounge and a small laundry room with washing machine.
