This provençal style villa is situated in a quiet area with wooded surroundings and yet only walking distance from the centre of Le Rouret and with easy access to the motorway network. The nearest excellent restaurant is at 2 mins. The garden consists of two parts: a landscaped part surrounding the villa and the balustrated pool and terrace and an extensive olive yard. Superb view over the hills and woods. Access by means of controlled gates and alarm system connected to the nearby security guards. The kidney shaped pool has a beach entrance and then drops to approximately one metre depth till 3 metres depth and measuring 7 x 2,5 m. The pool terrace is furnished with teak sun loungers. There is a covered summer kitchen with BBQ. The salon faces the pool and garden and gives onto a covered terrace with dining facilities. This is a spacious room with two sitting areas and occasional furniture, large open fire place, satellite T.V., video and hi-fi and separate corner with dining table and chairs. The masterbedroom with a double bed and mosquito net, iron wrought couch and ensuite bathroom with 2 washbasins and toilet. This bedroom comes onto a terrace facing the pool. The second bedroom shares its bathroom with a bath, shower WC and 2 basins with the third bedroom. The second bedroom has large sized diagonally posed bunk beds and a single bed. The third bedroom has a kingsize double bed (can be separated) with mosquito net and comes onto the terrace at the back of the villa. Outside, at the front of the villa steps lead to an independant studio with its own terrace, a double bed (that can be separated) a kitchenett, a shower , W.C. and basin.
