Les Orangiers has magnificent views of the Esterel coast from Cannes to Théoule and lies in an elevated position above the mimosa capital of Mandelieu. Built in stone and with a turret, the style of the villa is quite unique. The main living areas and all three bedrooms benefit from the panoramic southerly views and the covered terrace outside the sitting room has table and chairs for al fresco dining while taking in the view and looking over the illuminated pool to make a beautiful setting. The actual living areas are all on the same level with large breakfast kitchen and an adjacent laundry room with washer and dryer. Outside the kitchen entrance is a shady covered patio with exterior table and chairs. TV in kitchen. From the kitchen, a door leads to the dining area of the salon and onto the sitting room with sofas and a sunken fixed seating area around the cheminée. Parking is within the grounds on a paved courtyard to the rear of the villa and the main gate has a parlophone entrance.
