Situated on the Avenue Croix des Gardes, this villa is within walking distance of Cannes, its shops, restaurants, nightlife and beaches as well as being within easy reach of La Bocca and Mandelieu. In its elevated position it is just out of the bustle yet only 10 minutes maximum to the whole of the Bay of Cannes. The Croix des Gardes overlooks Le Suquet and Cannes to the east, and La Bocca and La Napoule to the west.
