Built in 1992 in a Tuscan style the villa is on the hills behind Beaulieu with views down to the coastline approximately 7 kilometres away. With 200 m2 of living space the villa accommodates 8 people easily in 3 bedrooms and a separate studio. The area is very residential and quiet and it is essential to have a car. The living area immediately faces the pool with large sliding windows giving direct access to the pool and terrace. Furnishings in the salon are a mixture of modern and antique with light-coloured sofas in an area of 60 m2. Off the salon is the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is also a cloakroom/WC off the hall.
