A very pretty villa a few minutes walk from the village of Tourrette sur Loup with its many restaurants and craft shops. The garden (1500m²) is flat, with a large lawn and an abundance of flowering plants. The pool is a good size (10m x 5m) and has a great summer kitchen just next to it, this kitchen is stone built and fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, BBQ, dishes, cutlery etc. Everything you need for the outdoor life! There is also a ping-pong table for the more energetic. The house is all on the same level and all of the rooms face onto the garden and pool. The lounge is large and very comfortable, there is a TV and video player, a music system with CD player and a dining table.
