This is such a pretty villa and will spoil any guests making them reluctant to go out sight-seeingSituated just outside the centre of the village, the villa has unrestricted views across the Loup valley towards the Mediterranean. The pool area is idyllic, with lost-edge salt-water pool measuring in a free form 11 x 5 metres and with summer kitchen behind. Exterior shower. The summer kitchen has dishwasher, fridge, BBQ, gas hob and stone sink with hot and cold water..ideal for the outdoor meals overlooking the pool. Next to this is an independent studio for 2 with 140cms bed, shower and WC. In the main villa on the ground floor there is a superb salon with large picture windows and access to the pool and garden. Within this large room there is a dining table and chairs, pastel turquoise sofas, feature cheminée, TV with TPS (satellite), radio, stereo, CD player. The kitchen is no less well equipped and furnished with circular breakfast table, breakfast bar, fridge, dishwasher, gas and electric hob, electric oven. Washing machine in the utility area off the kitchen where there is a second large fridge and freezer.
