A comfortable famlly villa situated within walking distance of the centre of the village of Mouans-Sartoux within easy reach of the coast and all areas of the Côte d'Azur. The villa is well maintained and is suitable for children having a large garden with climbing frame, as well as large flat grassed areas. Views from the garden extend across the Plan de Grasse and further to the hills beyond the perfume capital of Grasse. Local amenities in Mouans-Sartoux include a whole range of local shops, good restaurants, Château with various exhibitions and concerts during the summer, local weekly markets and bric-à-brac stalls as well as book markets regularly. There is also a new cultural centre due to be completed this year and there are large supermarkets within a 5 minute drive. There is parking within the grounds adjacent to the villa. The pool measuring 9 x 4 metres is sheltered by a screen of laurel and evergreen hedge and has ladder steps and a divng board. A raised terrace overlooklng the garden and pool and on the same level as the salon is ideal for dining outside and appreciating the view. Inside the villa, the salon and dining room are traditlonally furnished. Satellite T.V. and video. The dining end of the living room has French windows opening onto the raised garden terrace. Next to this room is the kitchen, fully equipped with micro-wave,washing machine, fridge/freezer and electric oven.
