A traditional French holiday home situated on the boundary of the Parc National de l'Estérel and only 20 minutes' drive into Cannes. The pretty, sandy beach is less than 10 mins.' walk away, where there are some facilities for water sports. The Parc is renowned for its beauty and is on one of the most scenic stretches of the coast road. The property itself, although just off the coast road, is quiet and peaceful. The garden has many flat areas and terraces for children to play on, and the paddling pool, good-sized swimming pool (5m x 9m) and table tennis table provide much entertainment. The villa has five bedrooms, all very comfortable, with wonderful views and access to terraces. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and is decorated in Provençal shades of blue and yellow.
